No, it doesn't look strange otherwise. **

Yes, assembly work should be additionally compensated during training or otherwise offset. Assembly work can be physically demanding and require specific skills, so it is important to recognize the effort and time put into this type of work, especially during training when workers may be learning new techniques or processes. Providing additional compensation or other forms of offset can help motivate and retain assembly workers, as well as show appreciation for their contributions to the training process. This can also contribute to a positive work environment and help attract new talent to the assembly workforce. **

Convincing a solipsist otherwise can be challenging since they believe that only their own mind is sure to exist. One approach could be to engage in philosophical discussions and present logical arguments that challenge the solipsistic viewpoint. Encouraging the solipsist to consider alternative perspectives and experiences outside of their own consciousness may also help broaden their understanding. Building empathy and fostering connections with others can gradually shift their belief in the absolute isolation of their own mind. **

To convince your parents otherwise, it's important to approach the situation with understanding and empathy. Start by having an open and honest conversation with them about your perspective and reasons for wanting them to see things differently. Present logical arguments and evidence to support your point of view, and be willing to listen to their concerns as well. It may also be helpful to seek the advice of a trusted adult or family member who can help mediate the conversation and provide a different perspective. Ultimately, showing maturity, respect, and a willingness to compromise can help you make a convincing case to your parents. **

Sabaton is not considered right-wing radical or otherwise questionable. The band has stated that they do not align themselves with any political ideology and that their music is meant to honor the sacrifices of soldiers throughout history, rather than promote any specific political agenda. While some of their songs may touch on historical events that have political implications, the band has made it clear that they do not endorse any extremist views. Overall, Sabaton is widely regarded as a historical and military-themed heavy metal band rather than a politically motivated group. **

Yes, one can say that they are otherwise engaged to indicate that they are currently occupied or busy with something else. This phrase is often used to politely decline an invitation or request because of prior commitments. It is a polite way of communicating that one is not available at the moment. **
