To change the name of a pub, the owner must first come up with a new name that they would like to use. They should then check if the new name is already in use by another establishment to avoid any legal issues. Once a new name is chosen and confirmed to be unique, the owner can update all signage, marketing materials, and legal documents with the new name to officially change it. It is also important to inform customers and the local community about the name change to avoid confusion. **
